[PROJECT TYPE] Text-to-video. 30-second cinematic horror sequence. Man transforms into a zombie.
[Global Setting] Dark abandoned hospital room. Decaying medical equipment. Dim emergency lighting. Realistic cinematic horror, high production value.
[Character — The Man] Age 30s, initially healthy. Wearing a torn hospital gown, lying on a medical bed. Gradually deteriorates throughout the sequence.
[Scene Description]
[Opening, 0–4s] Close-up of man's face on hospital bed. Eyes open, confused and scared. Heavy breathing, pale skin. Suddenly his body CONVULSES. Breathing becomes labored. Camera pulls back to reveal his full body chained to the bed (survival horror context). His skin turns GREY/DISCOLORED at the fingertips, spreading inward.
[Early Transformation, 4–12s] Discoloration SPREADS across his body like infection. Veins become visible and BLACK beneath the skin. His eyes CLOUD OVER, becoming milky/dead. Blood drips from his nose, realistic and restrained. Fingernails DARKEN and become brittle. He tries to speak, but only a RAGGED GROAN emerges. Muscles visibly tense and twitch. Camera circles him, showing the progression.
[Peak Transformation, 12–22s] His face DISTORTS, jaw becoming more pronounced. Skin TEARS in places, revealing dark tissue underneath. Eyes become PURE MILKY WHITE/BLACK. Mouth opens unnaturally wide. Teeth turn YELLOWED and JAGGED, some falling out. His body ARCHES violently in agony. BLACK veins cover his body. Fingernails are gone, exposing blackened nail beds. Hair falls out in clumps. Blood drips from mouth, ears, and eyes. Transformation is BRUTAL, realistic body horror, cinematic and professional.
[SLOW-MOTION MOMENT, 22–26s] Final violent convulsion at 50% speed. His body THRASHES against the chains. Jaw SNAPS horrifyingly wide. Eyes become completely DEAD, with pure black pupils. One final distorted, guttural, inhuman SCREAM. Veins pulse visibly once more. His entire body goes RIGID. Camera focuses on his face as the last traces of humanity disappear. The scream becomes an inhuman GROWL.
[Final Moment, 26–30s] Return to normal speed. The creature STOPS moving. Complete stillness. His head slowly ROTATES toward camera with mechanical, inhuman movement. Milky dead eyes stare directly forward. Mouth hangs open, revealing blackened teeth and necrotic tissue. He silently SNARLS, saliva dripping. One final GROWL/SHRIEK. Camera holds on his fully transformed zombie face — no humanity left, pure undead creature. Freeze on his horrifying visage.
[Audio] Realistic hospital ambience at start: beeping monitors, fluorescent hum. Labored breathing becomes RAGGED and GUTTURAL. Wet squelching during transformation, realistic body horror. Screams begin human and become INHUMAN. Subtle bone cracking and graphic but realistic skin tearing. Final growl is deep, animalistic, terrifying. Silence at the end except for his WHEEZE/RATTLE breathing.
