Maintain this project’s context and coordination system.

This task is for organization and reconciliation. Do not change product functionality, except for documentary or operational fixes needed to restore consistency.

Before acting:

1. Read AGENTS.md, PROJECT.md, DECISIONS.md, and WORK.md.
2. Inspect docs/plans/active and docs/plans/archive.
3. Inspect the actual Git state.
4. Identify branches and worktrees related to the current work.
5. Check relevant documentation and recent history.
6. Preserve user changes and work in progress.

Audit:

- tasks without an owner;
- tasks marked active without recent evidence;
- completed tasks still kept as active;
- duplicate plans;
- plans without a corresponding task;
- tasks without acceptance criteria;
- conflicting decisions;
- superseded decisions still treated as current;
- documentation that diverges from the code;
- apparently abandoned branches;
- worktrees without a recorded purpose;
- local changes without a clear association;
- files reserved by closed tasks;
- repeatedly requested authorizations that could become a standing mandate;
- excessive or obvious instructions in AGENTS.md;
- missing important context;
- sensitive information recorded inappropriately;
- vague next steps;
- completion claims without evidence.

You may do the following autonomously:

- fix links and references;
- update indexes;
- reconcile states that are clearly demonstrated;
- archive completed plans;
- remove reservations for closed tasks;
- consolidate duplication without losing information;
- mark potentially obsolete documentation;
- propose mandate updates;
- improve the clarity of canonical documents.

Do not do the following without applicable authorization:

- destructively delete branches;
- discard local changes;
- irreversibly remove files;
- rewrite history;
- merge;
- deploy;
- change production.

When finished, provide:

## Overall status

A factual summary of the project’s operational health.

## Corrections made

List documentary and coordination changes.

## Inconsistencies found

Explain the evidence and impact.

## Items requiring a decision

Include only decisions that genuinely depend on the user.

## Active work

List the task, owner, branch, risk, and next step.

## Recommended cleanup

Separate safe actions from destructive ones.

## Context quality

Assess whether a new session could get started by reading AGENTS.md and the canonical documents.

Update the documents so the final state is clear and coherent.
