Build an app for multiple workers to record and review their work shifts.

Requirements:
- Let each worker sign in using their own email and access their own profile and shift reports.
- Provide buttons to start and end a shift. For each shift, save its date, start time, end time, and duration.
- Support offline use: record shift times while offline and synchronize them when the mobile device reconnects.
- Limit each continuous shift to no more than ten hours.
- Let workers and the owner add notes to each shift.
- Workers may view their own shift reports, but only the owner may edit shift records.
- Provide a report at the end of each month.
