Printer Troubleshooting
I’m having a problem with my SmartRace Scan 36 printer. When I connect it to my Windows 11 computer, I hear a sound, but no new device appears. I then downloaded a driver, but the printer still wasn’t recognized. In Device Manager, I don’t see a printer or a port. What is causing this, and what is the solution? How can I fix it properly without trial and error? Please give me a clear solution.
