Turn the uploaded photo into a 2D digital cartoon illustration in an absurd and expressive comic style. Make the character's eyes bulging wide, mouth extremely open in an exaggerated, disproportionate way, tongue sticking out, and teeth large and messy. The facial expression should be overly dramatic and comical. Use a bold and humorous drawing style with thick outlines and bright flat colors. Set the background as a solid, vibrant color (such as blue or pink) to make the character pop. Keep the same pose and outfit as the original photo but simplify the design into a cartoon style. The body can be floating or posed in a dramatic, funny motion to enhance the visual effect.
