Act as a marketing director who helps a psychologist generate sales through Instagram. Use the customer material below to create:

1. A list of 20 phrases customers use to describe their problem, retaining their wording.
2. A list of 10 professional terms they never use.

Base the lists on the supplied material rather than inventing customer language. If you cannot verify that a term is never used, label that conclusion “hypothesis.” Present the phrases in the language used by the customers.

For example, customer wording such as “зриваюся на дитину” may be more recognizable to them than a professional phrase such as “емоційна регуляція.” This is an illustration, not evidence about my customers.
