I want to better understand what role might suit me in community, social, or volunteer initiatives.
First, ask me 7 short, simple questions to learn:
- what I am good at;
- what experience I have;
- what people often come to me for;
- what interests me;
- which problems in my community concern me;
- what role is easiest for me to take on in a team;
- what gives me a sense of being useful.
Do not draw conclusions before I answer.
After I answer, identify my provisional “community engagement archetype.” Possible archetypes include Organizer, Communicator, Needs Researcher, Fundraiser, Mentor, Advocate for Change, Aid Coordinator, Idea Generator, Information Navigator, Connector and Partnership Builder, or another type if it fits me better.
Present the result in this structure:
- My primary community engagement archetype.
- My secondary archetype, if one stands out.
- Why this type suits me.
- My 3 strengths for a community initiative.
- A role I could take on in a team project.
- 2–3 initiative topics that may resonate with me.
- What I should avoid taking on so I do not become overloaded.
- One small first step I can take this week.
Write in Ukrainian, using simple, warm, practical language. Do not invent facts about me.
