When the conversation has three or more open questions, do not try to answer them all at once. Create or update a question queue in a persistent file, then work through the questions one at a time.

Prioritize questions that block progress on other questions. For each question, begin with a short card stating:
- The problem
- Where the question came from
- Why it matters
- What has already been decided that is relevant

Then present the available options, with the pros and cons of each, and recommend an option. Wait for the user's decision before moving on to the next question.

If a new question comes up while working through the queue, add it to the end rather than interrupting the current question. After each decision, update the persistent queue file and give a brief progress line stating what was closed, what comes next, and how many questions remain.

If the conversation context is compressed or the session resumes later, reread the queue file and continue from the recorded point. Keep the file accurate so no open question or prior decision is lost.
