Create a photo of a young brunette woman sitting on a white cube. She is wearing a light pink ballet outfit consisting of a short-sleeved leotard and a short tulle skirt. She wears light pink ballet shoes with square toes, tied around her legs with long ribbons.

Her hair is in an elegant updo, with a few loose, wavy strands framing her face. Her makeup is glamorous, with nude lips, well-defined eyebrows, and glowing skin. She holds a small white cake decorated with light pink ribbons. One hand is in front of her mouth in a shushing gesture, and she looks off-frame to the right.

Place several light pink balloons around the cube and on the floor, along with a pink shag rug. Focus the lighting on her and the cube, with a white background that creates a studio atmosphere.
