Create a surreal studio portrait of the person in the uploaded reference image. Their body is filled with fluffy white cotton stuffing, like a plush toy. The man looks thoughtfully upward while pulling a tuft of white cotton filling directly out of a hole in the upper-left side of his forehead/head. He wears a dark blue T-shirt torn in multiple places across the chest, shoulders, and sleeve, with soft white polyester stuffing bursting out of the tears. Use studio portrait lighting and a neutral light gray background.
