Create hyper-realistic cinematic miniature photography of a tiny man wearing blue-and-white striped pajamas, barefoot, desperately surfing on a giant pink bar of soap in a flooded bathroom bathtub. He clutches a toilet paper roll while trying to maintain his balance, with one slipper flying through the air. Massive waves of foamy soap bubbles splash dramatically around him, iridescent bubbles floating everywhere, a giant yellow rubber duck in the background, and an oversized blue toothbrush entering from the right.

Warm golden morning sunlight streams through the bathroom window, creating sparkling water reflections and beautiful highlights. Use dynamic low-angle macro photography, a hilarious facial expression, realistic human anatomy, incredibly detailed water physics, natural skin texture, sharp subject focus, shallow depth of field, creamy bokeh, 8K photorealism, cinematic lighting, and premium miniature photography. Use a vertical 2:3 composition. Include no text and no watermark.
