Create a Heisei-retro fashion illustration inspired by the October 22, 2009 release of Windows 7. Set the scene in a bright computer room from the late 2000s, with an adult woman wearing casual fashion typical of that period. Place an LCD monitor, keyboard, mouse, and digital devices of the era on the desk. Show only original abstract light and curved shapes on the monitor; do not reproduce the actual Windows logo or screen. Blend Heisei-era pop culture with vivid digital graphics.

Create a highest-quality, fully 2D painting in a vertical 9:16 aspect ratio, with a beautiful shoujo-manga illustration style. Make the adult woman the prominent subject, with a cute, refined face. Respect the clothing styles of the period, while varying the outfit colors, hairstyle, expression, and natural, still pose from one generation to another. Do not fix the color palette. Keep the image bright and festive, with a background that accentuates the subject. Depict exactly one arm on each side and five fingers on each hand, with accurate joints and garment construction. Do not include extra limbs, malformed fingers, a photographic or 3D look, excessive exposure, unwanted text, or logos.
