Behind her is an arched niche with restrained gold mosaic tiles, a large bronze vase and an arrangement of peonies, roses and lilies. Keep the principal flowers offset from her head. A little deep turquoise water appears low in the background. Thin steam lingers behind her near the pool; the air in front of her eyes and face is clear. A small rose-and-jasmine garland has been set on a distant niche ledge, softly visible if the framing permits.
