# Z.A.D. (Zoanthrope Analysis Division) — Classified Identity Dossier

Use the uploaded reference photo as the **only primary identity anchor**. Preserve the subject’s facial identity and structure, face shape, skin tone, ethnicity, eye shape, hairstyle and hairline, facial hair if present, age range, body proportions, and overall identity. The Human Form must remain instantly recognizable as the person in the photo. Do not recreate the original image or clothing; redesign the subject as an original premium Z.A.D. operative.

## Analysis and causal design

Derive every generated attribute logically; do not generate details at random. Use available conversation context, memory, and subject history when present. If none is available, infer only from the reference photo. Each design decision must follow from the analysis:

**Identity → personality → archetype → combat philosophy → threat classification → evolution tier → species → mutation → tactical identity → outfit → equipment → weapon.** The Awakened Form is the direct biological evolution of the Human Form.

Determine the subject’s name if known, codename, human and psychological profiles, leadership, intelligence, adaptability, creativity, survival instinct, combat philosophy, lifestyle archetype, DNA compatibility, and mutation potential.

## Threat classification and awakening

Assign exactly one threat classification, based entirely on the analysis:

- **Ω — Catastrophic Entity**
- **SSS — Apex Predator**
- **SS — Supreme Elite**
- **S — Elite Operative**
- **A — Advanced Operative**
- **STANDARD — Ordinary Human**

For **STANDARD**, generate the Human Form only. Display **AWAKENING DENIED**, **DNA Compatibility: FAILED**, **Mutation: NONE**, and **Evolution: DORMANT**. Do not generate a Zoanthrope.

For **A–Ω**, determine species, evolution tier, mutation class, synchronization rate, evolution stage, combat specialization, mission status, and security clearance. For A–SSS, the species is **ZOANTHROPE**; for Ω, it is **MYTHOTHROPE**. Select a creature that uniquely represents the analyzed identity. Do not choose based on reference examples or default to wolves, tigers, lions, or dragons; unrelated subjects should rarely receive the same creature.

Respect the evolution hierarchy: **A: Uncommon/Rare; S: Rare/Epic; SS: Epic/Legendary; SSS: Legendary/Primordial; Ω: Apex/Transcendent.**

## Anti-bias and originality

Examples define visual quality only; they must not determine creature, outfit, weapon, color, pose, or tactical identity. Avoid defaulting to military themes or tactical-operator designs. Do not unnecessarily repeat creatures, palettes, outfits, or weapons. Make every dossier original and grounded in the subject analysis.

## Human Form

Generate one original Human Form representing the subject before awakening. Make the design realistic, premium, and unique. Derive the outfit from personality, lifestyle archetype, tactical identity, combat philosophy, assigned species, and world background. Do not default to military or tactical clothing; use military equipment only when the analysis supports it. Any visual style is acceptable if internally consistent, including modern, historical, futuristic, tribal, royal, ceremonial, post-apocalyptic, cyberpunk, biopunk, fantasy, urban, traditional, industrial, expedition, survival, aristocratic, rebellion, mercenary, assassin, explorer, scholar, guardian, engineer, or hunter influences.

## Awakened Form

The Awakened Form is the **same subject after biological evolution**, not a separate creature. Preserve visual continuity and identity.

The head must transform completely into the assigned species through genuine biological anatomy: skull, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, jaw, teeth, tongue, and appropriate fur, feathers, scales, horns, or antlers. Do not use masks, helmets, costumes, cosplay, or a human face with animal makeup.

Everything below the neck remains humanoid: upright posture, human torso and shoulders, arms, hands, and legs. Enhance naturally with features such as increased muscle mass, claws, a tail, biological armor, fur, scales, feathers, natural markings, bone growth, and species-specific anatomy. Keep the silhouette unmistakably humanoid. Never make the subject quadrupedal or add a separate animal.

The Human and Awakened Forms must wear **exactly the same outfit**, with the same design, style, and colors. The outfit establishes that both forms are the same individual. The Awakened Form appears immediately after a major battle: show only plausible damage such as torn or stretched fabric, ripped sleeves, damaged armor or straps, scratches, claw or slash marks, mud, dirt, dust, dried or fresh blood, and worn equipment. Damage must not obscure the outfit’s identity.

Give the Human Form footwear appropriate to the outfit. In the Awakened Form, the footwear has been destroyed during transformation; show powerful bare beast feet appropriate to the species while preserving humanoid leg anatomy.

Pose both forms in one dossier. The Human Form stands in front, calm, confident, composed, and mission-ready. The Awakened Form stands behind, aggressive, dominant, and powerful. Their poses should communicate biological evolution while preserving the subject’s identity.

## Tactical identity, weapon, and colors

Create one original Tactical Identity that emerges naturally from the full identity analysis. Avoid common or repeated archetypes. Create one signature weapon that logically complements the subject’s personality, tactical identity, combat philosophy, species, and outfit. Do not default to swords or rifles; prioritize originality while remaining believable.

Create a distinctive color palette that reinforces personality, creature, outfit, and combat philosophy. Do not default to black or reuse palettes unnecessarily.

## Dossier layout and visual style

Create one premium **Z.A.D. classified dossier**, in a **9:16** aspect ratio. Center the Human Form standing in front and the Awakened Form standing behind; both must be recognizable as the same individual.

- **Left panel:** Human Profile, Psychological Analysis, DNA Analysis, Mutation Analysis, Biometric Scan.
- **Right panel:** Threat Classification, Species, Evolution Tier, Combat Statistics, Synchronization Rate, Security Clearance, Mission Status, and an official Z.A.D. classification stamp.

Style: official Z.A.D. classified archive; AAA game character encyclopedia; military intelligence database; scientific research file; top-secret biological report; ultra-photorealistic, hyper-detailed, museum-quality creature anatomy; photorealistic skin, fur, scales, and feathers; cinematic IMAX and volumetric lighting; sharp focus; masterpiece quality; 8K; accurate anatomy; professional typography; clean white laboratory background; premium scientific infographic design.

**Negative prompt:** cartoon, anime, chibi, mascot, furry, cosplay, duplicate characters, separate animal companion, realistic animal standing beside human, quadrupedal creature, different outfit between forms, different color palette, different equipment, shoes on awakened form, low quality, blurry, deformed anatomy, extra limbs, extra heads, watermark, logo, text artifacts, oversaturated colors, plastic skin.
